The total planned investment for the "New Energy Vehicle Heat Pump Air Conditioning System Blowers" project of Zhejiang Shuolang Motor Parts CO., LTD is 1.5 million yuan. After completion, the project will produce an annual output of 100000 new energy vehicle heat pump air conditioning system blowers, achieve sales revenue of 10 million yuan, profit of 1 million yuan, and pay annual taxes and surcharges of 600000 yuan. It is expected that after the establishment of the blower for the new energy vehicle heat pump air conditioning system, one intellectual property patent will be completed, one new product will be produced, one qualified inspection and testing report will be issued, and one novelty inspection report will be issued by a national first-class novelty inspection qualification institution.

After the project is completed, 100000 new energy vehicle electromagnetic expansion valves will be put into the market. The output value is 5 million yuan, the profit is 750000 yuan, and the tax is 350000 yuan. The project product reduces the iron stroke of the guide valve core by setting a conducting chamber in the middle of the valve body, reduces the coil power, optimizes the design of piston type pilot components, and improves the opening sensitivity. It is expected that the related technology will obtain one utility model patent and one invention patent.
