Introduction to Electronic Fans for Automotive Air Conditioning

The electronic fan of car air conditioning is an important component of the car air conditioning system, mainly used to transfer heat from the coolant to the outside air, in order to maintain an appropriate evaporator temperature and car interior temperature.

The electronic fan of a car air conditioner consists of a motor and fan blades. The motor drives the fan blades to rotate, drawing in cold air and blowing it towards the radiator. The speed of electronic fans is usually controlled by a temperature controller. When the water temperature rises, the fan starts to operate. As the water temperature rises, the speed of the fan also increases accordingly to accelerate the heat dissipation speed.

If there is a problem with the electronic fan of the car air conditioner, such as low speed or inability to operate normally, it will lead to poor heat dissipation, causing the evaporator temperature to rise, and thus affecting the cooling effect. In addition, if the electronic fan malfunctions, it can also affect the engine's heat dissipation and cooling effectiveness, and may even cause damage to the engine.

Therefore, maintenance and replacement of electronic fans for automotive air conditioning are very important. If a malfunction is found in the electronic fan, it should be promptly addressed to avoid affecting the normal use of the car and the lifespan of the engine.
